Nice screened cabins but camp host was not around to find out information
The kayak/canoe/sup storage racks are way up on the hill...not accessible when the river is lower. This is the only thing bad about the camp. The camp platforms are very close to each other so you will hear and see other people, less privacy. The bathrooms/showers are air-conditioned, which is a plus. There is potable water which is excellent if you are passing through and need to top off. The water did have a hint of chlorine in it, which made it less desirable to me, but for folks use to that taste it should not be a problem. Also about disembarking, there are three flights of stairs to get gear up before you get to the ramp. They do provide carts and wheelbarrows and there is firewood and ice available for purchase. Firewood is $6 and can't remember on the ice but wasn't crazy. I hope this helps some one who is planning on paddling down the Suwannee River.

I showed up as a shivering wet paddler on Thanksgiving day without a reservation and Sherry hooked me up with a hot shower, a sleeping platform/cabin, and even Thanksgiving dinner! She ROCKS! Thanks Sherry!
