We stopped in for a quick bite. Horrid woman with dyed red hair approached us. She was extremely rude to my husband when he asked for some service. You would think he had asked her for her first born child. She also let it be known she hates her job and can't wait to find a new one. Guess its time for a new one. If you are so over worked that's is not the customers problem. Seek mental health counseling your customers aren't there to hear your whining.
I would love to give a rating but after over thirty minutes, we never got any food. Everyone else in the restaurant did, then we we were told to have a Happy Thanksgiving on the way out.

Took my family out here yesterday with only 1 other customer. Terrible food (Made me sick when I left), even worse service. The food was burnt and some of it undercooked (hence the reason I got sick). I had to wait on the waitress for 10 minutes before she brought me the extra ranch I asked for, 5 minutes for her to refill my tea, and 15 minutes for the check. All because she was too busy having a conversation with, I'm assuming, people she knew. If you enjoy terrible customer service and disgusting food (which was cooked by the manager btw), then this is the place to go. If you're like me and want decent or better customer service and delicious food, I warn you, please, DO NOT EAT HERE.
When we did get our food we were Leary to eat it for fear she may have spit in it. She has personal problems I'm sure but Huddle House isn't the place for them.
